ReturnNot entirely satisfied with your purchase? Then you can indicate within 14 days of receipt that you want to return the product. Before you want to return a product, we always ask you to contact us first via firstname.lastname@example.org
For packages sent to you via PostNL/DHL/DPD:
After registering the return, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. You will receive the return address from us by e-mail and you will return the package to us at your expense. The product must be unused and in its original packaging with the corresponding protection materials.
For packages sent via another carrier, the following applies:
You must register your return via email@example.com. After this, the package will be picked up by our carrier within 5 working days. The costs for returning the packages via our carrier are €22,50. This amount will be charged to the customer. It is also possible to return the packages to our warehouse yourself and free of charge, provided that there has been consultation in advance.
The product must be unused and unassembled and in its original packaging with the corresponding protection materials. The product must also be complete and undamaged. If this is not the case, the costs will be charged to the customer.
When it comes to a return of a complete order, you will receive the full order amount including transport costs/shipping costs back. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. When it comes to part of the order that is returned, you only get that amount back. We will then refund the amount due to your account within 14 days of receipt of the return.
