To order

During the ordering process you enter the billing address and delivery address. Do you send a gift? Then use the 'I wish to specify a different delivery address' and rule it in one click. You indicate at which address we can deliver the gift and we will take care of the rest!

Shipping & Transport

Luxury Palace sends your order via PostNL or one of our other connected transporters. In order confirmation you will find all order data, such as the expected delivery date, the status of your order and the contact details of the conveyor.

The delivery person will keep you informed of the delivery via e-mail or SMS. Do you have a question about the delivery of your order? Then use the contact details in the order confirmation and contact the delivery service.

Shipping costs

All orders in the Netherlands with an order value from € 345 are shipped for free! If the order value is lower, then the shipping rate of packages under 10 kilograms is € 6.95. For packages above 10 kilograms, the shipping rate is € 22.50.
