Order & Shipping

When can I expect my order?

When the product is in stock and this is so indicated on our website, the order will be delivered within 3 working days. Small accessories are sent with PostNL. Large products such as hood tables, fitting mirrors, makeup suitcases are shipped via one of our conveyors.

What if my product is damaged?

All our products are very good and protected packed through thick styrofoam. All products are also carefully monitored and photographed with us before they are packed and transferred to our conveyor. Nevertheless, it may happen that the product may be damaged during transport. In this case, direct contact can be contacted with sales@luxurypalace.nl with photos of the damaged product. Your e-mail will be processed soon, at the latest within 3 working days, and a solution is immediately offered as a replacement of the product.

Can I still cancel my order?

If you have not received any shipping confirmation from us, it is possible to cancel the shipment free of charge. If your order has already been sent, the order can no longer be canceled. See at Exchange & Returns How you can return your order.

Can I also pick up my order?

If the products are in stock in your order, then you can pick up opening times during our showroom in our warehouse in Lijnden. See our contact page For the address details. Send an e-mail to this sales@luxurypalace.nl And we let you know from when your orders come to us in the warehouse.

Do you also ship abroad?

We ship to a number of countries within the European Union including:

  • Germany
  • Belgium
  • Spain

If you want to place an order and the country needs to be worried, there is no contribution, you can always submit a request via the contact form on our website or send an e-mail to sales@luxurypalace.nl.

What is a pre-order?

You can place a pre-order when a product is not in stock. We always mention the estimated delivery under the product data. When you place a pre-order you are one of the first to receive the product concerned. So you are not too late to order and you don't miss a stock.

I have placed a pre-order, when can I expect this?

When placing the pre-order, the estimated delivery time is stated in the product. When a delays occur in the delivery of your pre-order, you will be informed in a timely manner. We keep you informed as much as possible from the progress of your pre-order order.

Can I immediately take the dressing table when visiting the showroom?

This is possible when the dressing table is in stock at that time. If this is not the case you can place a pre-order and pick it up when it is in stock again in our warehouse.

Exchange & Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes it is possible to return your order within 14 days, provided that the product has been taken or mounted. A return must be registered via sales@luxurypalace.nl.

Can I exchange my order?

It is possible to exchange your product to exchange if the product has not been used, has been mounted and the product as well as the packaging in new condition. An exchange is not free of charge and are the shipping costs of the exchange for your account. Request the exchange via Sales@luxuryPalace.nl
